Covid-19 Pandemic Update – 23rd September 2020
At Hellens Residential we are following the current Government Guidance and will continue with appointments as necessary so long as our Covid-19 Code of Conduct is adhered to by all parties. This means Viewings, Key Handovers, Home Visits and Routine Maintenance Services can continue as normal. We will continue to monitor the Government Guidance and will continue to keep customers update with our operations.
The health and wellbeing of our staff and customers is our number one priority, especially now, during the Coronavirus Pandemic. Because of this, we have put together a Covid-19 Code of Conduct, which is available to anyone to see upon request. Measures we have taken include but are not limited to:
-Handwashing facilities available for all present at viewings/visits/appointments
-Social distancing of 2 metres kept at all times where possible
-Risk assessments carried out prior to appointments
-Meeting just one customer at a time
In the meantime, the main thing you can do to take care and protect yourself and others is by making sure you follow the government guidance on hygiene.

When reporting a repair to your home:
- You can report a routine repair as normal, but should not expect the repair to be completed immediately while we work within the new guidelines. We will endeavour to meet normal timelines.
- If you have an emergency repair, please call us to report the repair and ensure you fully disclose your circumstances. We will seek to carry out the repair as soon as possible under the specific circumstances.
- Out of hours emergencies should be reported to 0191 594 6670.
