Over the last few months, all of our residents across our regions will have received an invite to a survey in order for them to have their say on their tenancy and relevant topics surrounding it.
As part of Tenant Satisfaction Measures, registered providers must collect and provide information in relation to their performance in managing their properties to the Regulator of Social Housing. This is done by a yearly survey which is sent to our customers. We want to be held accountable for our performance and invite all of you to complete this survey. Remember this is your home and your community and we want to know how and if we can do better as we want to ensure our residents are happy in their homes. We want our homes and the neighbourhoods they are situated within to be a safe and peaceful place to live. Which is why it is so important to have as many survey results back as possible.
We therefore need your help as our customers, to help us improve the services we deliver across our regions by completing this survey. Reminders for those of you who have not yet completed the survey have been sent out one final time and we thank you for those who have already completed it. We would really appreciate it if you could take 5-10 minutes to complete the questionnaire fully, so that we can use the information to improve our services.
The five main topics within the survey are:
– Keeping properties in good repair
– Maintaining building safety
– Respectful and helpful engagement
– Effective handling of complaints
– Responsible neighborhood management
Your answers are confidential for Hellens Residential unless you state your address to us.
