11 brand new homes provided at Newbottle!

Hellens Residential are delighted to share that they have provided 9 Rent to Buy and 2 Affordable Rent tenancies on our new range of homes that became available in Newbottle on South Street and Adey Court.

The homes are a mix of three and four bedroom properties that were extremely popular with local residents in the area. We had our first set of tenants move in very recently and are settling in well to their new homes with their families. The homes themselves are extremely bright and modern which meets with our mission to provide high quality affordable homes on a variety of tenures across the North of England.

Rent to Buy is an affordable home ownership product, introduced by Homes England, offering a way onto the property ladder for working households, struggling to raise a deposit to purchase a home outright. Homes are offered for rent to potential purchasers at an affordable rate, giving them the opportunity to save for a deposit at the same time. After five years they then have the opportunity to purchase their home outright through our in house sales team.
