21 brand new homes in North Ferriby
We are delighted to be delivering 21 brand new homes built by Beal Homes in North Ferriby, East Riding. This will include 15 affordable rented homes and 6 affordable home ownership properties.
The Rentals will be allocated through East Riding Council, with the first homes ready to move in for April 2026. The affordable home ownership properties will be available from August 2026, consisting of 1 bedroom bungalows, 2 bed houses and 3 bed houses.
We had the pleasure to chat with some of our tenants that have just moved into the brand new properties, where they had the opportunity to tell us what a difference moving to the bungalows will make to their lives.
Mary told us that her partner had health issues and that the bungalow will make a big difference to their lives in having no stairs. Tom didn’t know that the local authority nominated to new build properties. He and his partner couldn’t believe how nice the bungalow was, the size of the home and garden were much bigger than expected.
