As part of our Healthy Homes Campaign, this November our theme has been around the Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) were introduced as part of a national standard set by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), which all social landlords like us must follow.
In April 2023, it was made a legal requirement for landlords to report these measures to the Regulator of Social Housing.
What are the measures?
In total, there are 22 measures which are assessed, split into 2 categories.
What are Management Performance Measures?
They are based on data we already collect through our everyday work. 10 of the measures are based on Management Performance.
What are Tenant Performance Measures?
They are based on your feedback, which we gather through surveys, phone calls, and home visits. 12 of the measures are based on Tenant Performance.

The measures are based on specific themes. In total there are 6 themes. Here is a diagram summary of the themes:

Our performance will be published against the TSMs in June 2026 on our website, and your input will shape the future of our services.
