Healthy Homes Campaign – Get connected with the Arthur Portal

This month, our Healthy Homes campaign is all about Arthur, our tenant engagement portal. It’s the easiest way to keep everything in one place – from important updates to maintenance requests.

Arthur has replaced the old portal as it is more user friendly.

Why do you need to download Arthur?

The app allows you to see everything in one place on your phone.

Here are some of the key features:

• Up to date rent status
• Report a maintenance issue
• Submit an alteration request
• View key tenancy documents
• Messaging your Home Co-Ordinator

How to download the Arthur App:

1. Go on the Apple App Store or Google Play store on your phone.
2. Search ‘Arthur Occupant’
3. Press download
4. Email your Home Co-Ordinator to send an invitation to sign up on the app
5. When you receive a sign up email follow instructions and email us if any problems
