Tenant Satisfaction Measures Results 2025-2026

From December 2025 to March 2026 all Hellens Residential tenants were invited to take part in a survey known as the Tenant Satisfaction Measures through a survey link, home visits and phone calls.

This survey helped us to gather feedback on a range of areas such as maintenance services, complaints, engagement and experience with Hellens Residential as a Landlord.

Firstly, we would like to say thank you to everyone who took the time to participate. We had an excellent response to the survey and we are truly grateful for your valuable input.

We are excited to say each area of the TSM improved from the feedback provided in 2024. Below are our results:

We are excited to say each area of the TSM improved from the feedback provided in 2024. Whilst this is positive we are are always striving to improve. Alongside continuing our Healthy Homes Campaign, we will also be placing a strong focus on community priorities over the coming year, ensuring we deliver improvements that matter most to you.

To our tenants, your feedback is incredibly important to us, and it plays a vital role in helping us improve our services and better support our communities. While this survey is a key part of that process, we welcome feedback all year round.
