Hellens to Deliver much needed affordable homes at Carlton Village, Stockton-on-Tees.

Hellens has recently been granted planning permission to build 9 affordable homes as part of a larger scheme in Carlton Village. The homes are a mixture of 1 bed, 2 bed bungalows and 3 bed houses and will be available for Affordable Rent. They will be available to tenants early in 2016.
