Hellens Residential Coronavirus Update
We are continuously monitoring the development of COVID-19 around the world and in the UK. Our number one priority is the well-being, health and safety of our customers and team members. In order to secure just that, we have set-up procedures, plans and routines in place.
In the meantime, the main thing you can do to take care and protect yourself and others is by making sure you follow the government guidance on hygiene.

Please be aware that we may ask if you or anyone in your household is currently self-isolating due to the Coronavirus or if have you been advised to do so by your GP or NHS in relation to the virus. If this is the case, we ask that you let us know immediately by calling 0191 594 6666.
Please take note of the following information:
When reporting a repair to your home:
- You can report a routine repair, but should not expect the repair to be completed immediately, or while we respond to the Coronavirus outbreak.
- If you have an emergency repair, please call us to report the repair and ensure you fully disclose your circumstances. We will seek to carry out the repair as soon as possible under the circumstances.
- If you have a repair or home visit already scheduled, please call us to inform us of your circumstances.
At Hellens Residential as advised we are trying to minimise social interaction where possible, and therefore some regular activities such as home visits will be delayed. Our team are all active online and able to work from home if necessary, therefore please continue use our office number if you wish to discuss any issues or concerns you may have.
