Home Xchange

If your circumstances change and your current home is no longer suitable then you may be able to move to another Hellens Residential property via our Xchange system. For example you may need an extra bedroom, or need to move to a bungalow.

We often also have shared ownership / equity properties available if you would like the chance to own your own home. All schemes are subject to funding and eligibility criteria.

If you have any outstanding arrears on your account with us we cannot consider you for Home Xchange.
