Housing Officer Opportunity at Hellens Residential

Housing Officer

Location: Stockton office

Salary: To be agreed dependent on qualifications and prior experience

Hours: 27 hours per week: –

Monday – day off

Tuesday – 10am-5pm

Wednesday – 10am-5pm

Thursday – either 12pm -6:30pm or 2pm-6:30pm

Friday – 9am-5pm

Saturday – 9am -11am (if necessary, based on appointments and will coincide with the shorter Thursday shift)

Key Job Responsibilities:

-Management of tenant allocations, applications and property voids

-Management of rents

-Management of neighbourhood issues

-Viewings and property visits

-Must have access to own vehicle and be willing to travel throughout the north east region
