Hellens Residential will undertake referencing checks on all applicants wishing to move into a rental property. As part of this process, we will undertake a credit check to ensure each applicant does not have any adverse credit. We will also determine affordability to ensure applicant’s income sufficiently covers rental payments. We will also require photo ID and credible documentation to suit.

Full months’ rent upfront required as well as deposit required prior to key handover.

Deposit amounts to a full month rent and is payable at least three days before handover.
