Tenant Satisfaction Measures – Have your say before it closes!

As part of Tenant Satisfaction Measures, registered providers must collect and provide information in relation to their performance in managing their homes, customers and the neighbourhoods they are within.

We therefore need your help as our customer, to help us improve the services we deliver across our regions.

We would really appreciate it if you could take 5-10 minutes to complete the questionnaire fully, so that we can use the information to improve our services. We are currently over half way completed but require a huge push to ensure we hear from as many of you as possible.

The five main topics within the survey are:
– Keeping properties in good repair
– Maintaining building safety
– Respectful and helpful engagement
– Effective handling of complaints
– Responsible neighborhood management
